| Phone Orders - Place your orders from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (MST) by calling our toll free number (888) 334-3930. |
| Fax Orders - Fax your orders anytime, 24 hours a day at 888-816-0837. |
| Lead Times - Orders will normally be shipped within 24 hours if you place your order before 10:00 AM (MST). |
| Emergency Orders - If your order is to be shipped Federal Express or UPS Red or Blue, we will ship those items provided your order is received before 12:00 PM (MST). |
| Payment - MASTER CARD, VISA, and AMERICAN EXPRESS accepted. |
| SHIPPING OPTIONS |
| UPS Ground - Depending on your location, your order should arrive within 1 - 7 working days. |
| UPS Orange - (3 day select) Your order should arrive within 3 working days. |
| UPS Blue - (2 day air) Your order should arrive within 2 days anywhere in the United States and Puerto Rico. |
| UPS Red (Next day air) Your order should arrive the next business day by 10:30 AM. |
| UPS Red Early (Next day air) Your order should arrive the next business day by 8:30 AM. |
| RETURNS |
| While we try to assure the quality of all our products, on very rare occasions, a product will get by our quality control department. In this event, we suggest you call our office and discuss it with us. Should it be deemed necessary for inspection we will issue an RMA. | ||

Upon inspection of the product received, we will either repair, replace, refund, or issue a credit to your account. |

| Any claims of shipping damage, concealed or otherwise, must be made directly to the carrier AT TIME OF RECEIPT, or as soon as possible thereafter. |
